Enabling Trusted Sites for Internet Explorer/Dynamics 365 integration

Overview

The intelli-CTi™ client application provides the communication between your telephone system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It also provides the interface for the user to view and control inbound and outbound telephone calls.

In order for the intelli-CTi™ client to function correctly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Internet Explorer, the following prerequisite must be met:

Add CRM Server URL to Trusted Sites

Please make sure that the MS Dynamics CRM site you are connecting to has been added to the list of Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.

This can be done by adding the URL to the list of “Trusted Sites” on the “Security” tab of the “Internet Options” settings screen (see below).

Please also ensure that Protected Mode is “off” for the Trusted Sites zone.
