intelli-CTi for Microsoft Dynamics CRM v1.6 Now Available

We’re pleased to announce that a new release of intelli-CTi for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is now available.

QGate’s intelli-CTi™ for Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables you to optimise your investment in your CRM system and telephony infrastructure by allowing users to concentrate on the actual calls and increase their output. ¬†This product provides a seamless telephony integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a cost effective and user friendly manner.

This new release provides new features and enhancements including:

  • Improved and configurable Unified Service Desk (USD) client integration support (requires USD v1.2)
  • Added support for new CRM Service Regions (NA2, Oceania, Japan, SA)
  • Improved logging for intelli-TNS Data Loader
  • Updated “intelli-CTi User” security role to have ONLY permissions for custom entity (must be used in conjunction with other roles to work correctly)
