New Release – intelli-CTi for Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM

intelli-CTi v. 1.7.0 compatible with Microsoft Dynamics 365

We’re pleased to announce that a new release of intelli-CTi for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is now available. This latest version (v. 1.7.0) was made available this week, to provide compatibility with two recent significant developments from Microsoft:

  • Changes to the underlying authentication support to CRM
  • Dynamics 365

We have also taken the opportunity to implement some other minor fixes and performance improvements. Full details can be found here.
