CRMUGUK – a Growing & Knowledgeable community
Last November, we attended the CRMUGUK meeting in London. It was the biggest ever user group meeting to take place in the UK and one of the most interesting we’ve participated in. The number of delegates – over 100 – was certainly a good sign but more than that, it was the quality of the content and the way in which each topic was discussed that clearly indicates the growth in the UK user group, in both numbers and value.
The meeting had two main focus areas – data and customers – and throughout the day, several sessions were held with a massive and enthusiastic participation. We would like to thank the CRMUGUK team for a brilliant organisation, as well as everyone who attended, presented and moderated this event. We’d like to send a special thank you to Paul Ince, who joined QGate’s Rowland Dexter for a session on “Better Data, Better CRM”.
