intelli-CTi for Unified Service Desk supports changing the theme of the CTI Controls to match the current theming of your Unified Service Desk instance. Currently supported themes are: White, Gray and QGate blue.
To change the theme of the CTI Controls, follow the intelli-CTi for USD interactive guide or perform the following actions:
- Navigate to the Unified Service Desk Setting page of your dynamics 365 instance.
- Navigate to the Options section of the Unified Service Desk Settings page.
- Select QGateColorCode Unified Service Desk option.
- Adjust the value of the option to 1 for Gray, 2 for White or 3 for QGate Blue.
