Unified Service Desk call controls are too dark/light?

intelli-CTi™ for Unified Service Desk supports changing the theme of the CTI Controls to match the current theming of your Unified Service Desk instance. Currently supported themes are White, Gray and QGate blue.

To change the theme of the CTI Controls, follow the intelli-CTi for USD interactive guide or perform the following actions:

  1. Navigate to the Unified Service Desk Setting page of your dynamics 365 instance.
  2. Navigate to the Options section of the Unified Service Desk Settings page.
  3. Select QGateColorCode Unified Service Desk option.
  4. Adjust the value of the option to 1 for Gray, 2 for White or 3 for QGate Blue.
