You can find an interactive guide for connecting to an intelli-CTi Service <\/span><a class=\"_e75a791d-denali-editor-page-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/showme.intellicti.com\/intelli-cti-for-d365\/v4.2\/index.html?b=intelli-CTi%20for%20Microsoft%20Dynamics%20365%20-%20Installation%20and%20Configuration&amp;r=intelli-CTi%20-%20Connecting%20to%20the%20intelli-CTi%20Server\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">here<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Navigating to the System Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>To configure your intelli-CTi&#x2122; System Connection settings, Click on Start and run Breeze Settings as Administrator. This process will display the Breeze Configuration Panel.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service <\/strong>from the Registered Service list, displaying the Service Details of the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service.<\/li>\n<li>Selecting <strong>Configure<\/strong><strong>..<\/strong> will prompt you with the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Configuration Panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24981 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vyI2v6Aeam.png\" alt=\"CTI Server Service\" width=\"640\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vyI2v6Aeam.png 640w, https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/vyI2v6Aeam-300x231.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"topic-content\" class=\"container-fluid\" data-hnd-id=\"VirtualTelephonyServiceDemo\" data-hnd-context=\"2\" data-hnd-title=\"Virtual Telephony Service (Demo)\">\n<p>From the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Configuration Panel you can select one of the following intelli-CTi&#x2122; service type modes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#NetworkService\">Network Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#CloudService\">Cloud Service<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#VTServer\">Virtual Telephony Service (Demo)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"NetworkService\"><strong>Network Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The intelli-CTi&#x2122; product comes with a Network Service, which allows connecting to an on-site service running the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service. To connect to a Networked intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service does the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After navigating to the connection service, select <strong>Network Service <\/strong>from the <strong>intelli-CTi&#x2122;<\/strong> <strong>Service Type<\/strong> drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service <strong>DNS name<\/strong> or <strong>IP Address<\/strong> for connecting to the service.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the type of authentication you would like to use to connect to the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service (<strong>Windows Authentication<\/strong> or <strong>Specific intelli-CTi&#x2122; User<\/strong>). If you specify to use a intelli-CTi&#x2122; User you will be required to enter the user name and password for authentication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24192 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2.png\" alt=\"CTI Server\" width=\"540\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2.png 540w, https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2-300x234.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>When you&#8217;re ready, clicking <strong>.. <\/strong>will attempt to make a connection to the service running the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service. To connect to a hosted intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service does the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After navigating to the connection service, select <strong>Cloud Service <\/strong>from the <strong>intelli-CTi&#x2122;<\/strong> <strong>Service Type<\/strong> drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>intelli-CTi&#x2122;<\/strong> <strong>Cloud Service<\/strong> Subscription Key.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the <strong>username<\/strong> and <strong>password<\/strong> to authenticate with the Cloud Service, username and password are the only authentication methods currently available for cloud authentication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24195\" src=\"https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/5.png 540w, https:\/\/www.intellicti.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/5-300x236.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When you&#8217;re ready, clicking <strong>.. <\/strong>will attempt to make a connection to the server running the intelli-CTi&#x2122; Service.
