intelli-CTi™ Pricing Notes
- The minimum initial subscription term is 12 months, thereafter the subscription term is rolling monthly. The minimum number of licensed users in any subscription term is 10.
- The Provisioning Service includes REMOTE installation assistance. Onsite assistance is charged at our standard rates.
- intelli-CTi orders should be placed only after a successful trial has been carried out at the customer site.
- For a multi-site customer with multiple phone systems installed, each site will require a Provisioning Service. Each additional site requires 50% of the original Provisioning fee.
- When connecting to a Broadsoft hosted system the Broadsoft connector is required per user, this should be available from your Broadsoft provider, if not, please order from QWARE.
- If the number of licenses is either increased or decreased in the middle of the billing cycle, any new charges or credits will be applied for the remainder of the term.
