As we move into the final two months of the year, QGate are headed to our last major expo of 2014: Microsoft Convergence. Convergence is the place where the Microsoft business community comes together to share breakthrough moments. It’s the chance to learn new things about Microsoft business solutions, get answers to tough questions, connect with other users, and find new ways to stay ahead of the competition. It’s where true business value is delivered.
We will be exhibiting at Booth #47. We will using this time to demonstrate our Paribus suite of products for data de-duplication. We will also be demonstrating our telephony integration solution, intelli-CTi, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD).
As part of the Leo Spring 2014 release, Microsoft has focused on the area of customer service. Microsoft has made available a new module called the Unified Service Desk (USD) and aimed it at the larger call centre, customer service operations.
