If your Infor CRM (Saleslogix) users are not seeing the presentation of any intelli-CTi screens appearing within Infor CRM (such as screen-pops, call wrap-up dialogs etc.), this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- This option may not be enabled for this intelli-CTi/ Infor CRM (Saleslogix) user?
Solution: Check the intelli-CTi user profile for this user, team or system – see the ‘Configuring User Access’ section of the “intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) – Getting Started Guide”.
- The intelli-CTi application may not be running?
Solution: Ensure the intelli-CTi application is running on this user’s workstation.
- The intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) integration might not enabled on the client?
Solution: Ensure that the intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) integration is enabled on the client. See the ‘Configuring intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) on the Client’ section of the “intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) – Getting Started Guide”.
