intelli-CTi™ for Infor CRM 8.3 released today

QGate today announced the release of version 3.5.0 of its Telephony solution for Infor CRM. Here is what you can find in this new version:

What’s New

  • Now compatible with Infor CRM v8.3
  • Support for dialling from “Lead” Phone Call Activities
  • Added “Upgrade” section to Getting Started Guide

What’s Different

  • Memory and Performance improvements made to IE and Chrome integrations

What’s Fixed

  • AccountID not being set on Activity records for Ticket/Opportunity calls
  • Updated “TNS Migration Agent” to include compatibility with latest Infor CRM
  • TNS Issue where replacing a telephone number completely would remember previous Country Code (Web client)
