  • Added initial Customer Service Workspace support
    (with new configuration option to specify Session Template name)
  • Split intelli-CTi for Dynamics 365 customizations into two solutions:
    • intelli-CTi Custom – for having core entities (e.g. Call History)
    • intelli-CTi Framework – for having additional functionality (e.g. intelliTNS)
    • NOTE: To avoid losing existing Call History data, it is strongly
      recommended to apply the “intelli-CTi Framework” solution first.
  • Call History views has been updated by adding “3 months” version of all views
  • Uses intelli-CTi v4.3
  • Uses Breeze v4.3
