If your Infor CRM (Saleslogix) users are not seeing the presentation of an intelli-CTi call notification (screen-pop) by Infor CRM when an incoming telephone call arrives, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The intelli-CTi application may not be running?
Solution: Ensure the intelli-CTi application is running on this user’s workstation.
- The intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) integration might not enabled on the client?
Solution: Ensure that the intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) integration is enabled on the client. See the ‘Configuring intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) on the Client’ section of the “intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) – Getting Started Guide”.
