If your Infor CRM (Saleslogix) users with access to intelli-CTi are unable to access some or any of the intelli-CTi features within Infor CRM, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Users do not have an installation of the intelli-CTi software and intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) provider installed?
    Solution: Ensure the intelli-CTi product is installed upon each user workstation that requires access to intelli-CTi.
  • Your intelli-CTi licence may have exceeded the number of licensed users?
    Solution: Review the intelli-CTi user licence information and list of intelli-CTi users listed in the intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) System settings – see the ‘Configuring User Access’ section of the “intelli-CTi for Infor CRM (Saleslogix) – Getting Started Guide“.
